Willow Grove Estate is nestled on 2.5 acres of hill country in Fredericksburg, TX. The estate has a spacious private guest house and versatile, rustic event space to host your celebrations.

We are a full service venue that simplifies wedding planning. We provide on-site catering, event staffing, bar packages, decorations, wedding coordination and all rentals.

Lodging: The 5 bedroom/5 bath private guest house is available for the wedding party, family and/or friends to stay. The vaulted ceilings, dual-sided fireplace, and open living room will steal hearts and offer a cozy setting when the celebrations have ceased.

Event Space: The Vino Venue is our rustic, converted barn that comfortably seats up to 75 guests. Perfect for rehearsal dinners, receptions, day-after brunch, and all other wedding-related activities.

Rehearsal Dinner

Host your rehearsal dinner in The Vino Venue. We will create a menu that fits your style. Choose from a casual buffet or a seated, multi-course dinner.

We are able to accommodate up to 75 guests. Included with your rehearsal dinner are the appropriate amenities listed above.

Appetizer hour starting at: $15/person

Casual buffet starting at: $40/person 

4-course seated dinner, including appetizers, starting at: $60/person

Micro-Wedding & Elopements

Micro-weddings and elopements for the couple that is looking for an intimate and natural nuptial location for up to 50 guests. 

Choose from one of our on-property ceremony locations: indoor locations for up to 25 and outdoor location for up to 50. We include creating a wedding altar/arch to fit your style.

After your ceremony enjoy an indoor or outdoor cocktail hour where we will serve your signature cocktail and passed horderves.

Following cocktail hour we will host your reception in The Vino Venue where you can choose from a buffet or seated menu. 

All-inclusive pricing starts at $8,900 for 50 people.

Pricing includes all rentals, staff, catering and bar.

Cocktail Hour & Reception

For the couple that has a separate ceremony location and is looking for a venue to host guests and celebrate. 

For your cocktail hour, guests start with your signature cocktail, beer & wine along with a selection of appetizers. Choose from indoor or outdoor locations depending on the Texas weather.  This is an optional way to start your wedding reception.

For your reception we are able to accommodate up to 75 seated guests. Choose from a casual buffet, multi-course plated dinner, or anything in-between.

We’ll create customized menus and format for your celebration. We can also work with you to incorporate music and dancing into your event. 

Pricing starting at: $85/person.

Pricing includes cocktail hour, reception rentals, staff, catering and bar.

Lodging

Host the wedding party or family in our private 5 bedroom/5 bathroom guest house and let it serve as your “Wedding Hub”. Featuring a Bridal Suite that is ideal for large groups to get ready before the wedding and a separate large Groom Suite. Both offer separate, private outdoor entrances. 

When you rent the private guest house, take advantage of our optional add-ons:

Day-of Getting Ready: We’ll set-up the private guest house with champagne, beer & wine along with small bites so you don’t get hangry before you say “I DO!”.

Wedding Night Bites: Many brides and grooms say that as their wedding day flies by they forget to eat! We’ll prepare snacks and small bites for the newlyweds, family or wedding party to enjoy after the big celebration has ended.

Host a day-after brunch in The Vino Venue to conclude your wedding celebration. We’ll create a menu that fits your style. Choose from a casual buffet or a seated, multi-course meal.
