Our owner/founder, Jeff Orlik, has spent most of his adult life immersed in food & wine and has a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. With years of culinary experience, Jeff is passionate about creating unique menus and new dishes. Whether it’s a multi-course tasting menu, curated to compliment chosen wines or a steak, you can be certain it will be exceptional.
The on-site wine cellar is stocked with 3,000+ bottles of ultra premium wines from around the world, many of these wines 10-20+ years old. This exclusive collection is something that is not easily found in hill country. Come enjoy a luxury dining experience as you step inside The Vino Venue.

- Elevated private wine tastings: $85/person.
High-end, luxury wines paired with more substantial small bites. - Tastings last approximately 75 minutes.
- After the tasting, wines available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
