Willow Grove Estate is the perfect place for your corporate retreat or meeting. Enjoy our 2.5 acre property for all your activities, on-site event & dining space, our large guest house and more. You have access to our on-site host to help facilitate your group’s needs. Everything you need for a great team-building experience is here on the estate. Willow Grove Estate is located in Texas Hill Country, 5 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.

Your Host, Jeff
Jeff is a food & wine connoisseur who has a passion for hospitality. As an on-site host, he is available to assist your group with any needs such as activity facilitation, scheduling, cooking meals, wine tastings, making suggestions, etc.
Overnight Accommodations
The Guest House at Willow Grove Estate features 5 separate suites, each with their own bathroom. There are 2 large king suites and 1 queen suite downstairs. Upstairs you’ll find 2 completely separate, private queen suites. We accommodate up to 5 couples (10 guests).
You will find a sitting area off of the living room that has space to gather around the card table for board games (we have several) or watch TV (internet ready w/ DirecTV). The kitchen features a large island and dining tables.
Enjoy relaxing outside around our large comfortable fire pit or dining area.
Wireless Internet is available throughout the property. Please note, the Guest House does not have a house phone.
