The Willow Grove Estate Guest House is booked as a single rental.  We are able to assign suites and accept payment from multiple parties in the group.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking.  Full payment is made 21 days in advance and the entire reservation becomes non-refundable.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.  Taxes not included.  Rates posted are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Willow Grove Estate is designed for adults seeking an intimate and tranquil atmosphere.

We are a non-smoking property.  Smoking is not allowed in any indoor space.  However, we do have outdoor areas available for smoking upon request.

We do not allow pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

Cancellations and Changes

Reservations cancelled at least 21 days have a $150 cancellation fee.  The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.

Reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival will be charged for the entire cost of the reservation. If the Guest House is re-booked, you will be refunded any difference, minus a $150 cancellation fee.

The cancellation policies also apply to changes in your arrival/departure dates. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Arrival and Departure Times

Our check-in time is from 3PM to 6:30PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Our check-out time is 11:30AM.

Additional Charges

A $200 cleaning fee is included in each reservation.

There is a $500 fully refundable security deposit that we reserve the right to use for replacement, repair or additional cleaning if warranted. In most cases, the security deposit is fully refunded within 3 days after you checkout.
